學生在校午膳時間為星期一至五：下午12時40分至下午1時20分
School lunch hours are Monday through Friday, from 12:40 PM to 1:20 PM.
午膳安排Lunch Arrangements:
(一) 自行攜帶午膳
Students bring their own lunch.
(二) 家長送餐到校
Parents deliver lunch to the school.
家長須於上午11:55至下午12:25將寫上學生姓名及班別之餐盒送到學校門口/有蓋操場指定位置。
Parents must deliver the lunchbox—clearly marked with the student's name and class—to the designated area at the school entrance or covered playground between 11:55 AM and 12:25 PM.
(三) 透過學校向午膳供應商預訂餐盒
Ordering Lunch Boxes from the Supplier via the School
1. 2026-2029年度，學校委託「海潤午餐(香港)有限公司」為本校師生提供午膳飯盒。
For the 2026-2027 academic year, the school has engaged "H.R Woodward Lunch (HK) Limited" to provide lunch boxes for students and staff.
2. 家長需下載「海潤午餐」的程式，以電子餐單的形式進行訂餐。訂餐方法詳見下列由供應商提供的指引及短片。如有任何疑問，可致電「海潤午餐(香港)有限公司」客戶服務熱線2583 3654 或 WhatsApp：6777 6057。
Parents are required to download the "HRW Lunch” app to place orders using the digital menu. Please refer to the guidelines and video provided by the supplier below for ordering instructions. For any enquiries, please contact the “H.R Woodward Lunch (HK) Limited" customer service hotline at 2583 3654 或 WhatsApp：6777 6057.
3. 供應商於每個月3號會開放下一個月份的餐單，家長需於每個月20號或之前透過「海潤午餐」的應用程式為學生選購午餐，並按指定的電子付款方式繳費。
The supplier releases the menu for the following month on the 3rd of each month. Parents must order lunches for students via the "HRW Lunch" app and make payment using the designated electronic payment methods by the 20th of the month.
4. 學生請假，如因缺席需要退餐，家長可於缺席當天早上08:00至09:30於手機應用程式內申請退款(逾時無效)。餘款會隔月訂飯時扣除。如未能於指定時間前或於手機應用程式內退餐，當天將不會安排退餐及退款。飯商不設電話及WhatsApp申請退餐服務。
If a student is absent and a meal cancellation is required, parents may apply for a refund via the mobile app between 08:00 and 09:30 on the day of the absence (requests made after this time will not be accepted). The refunded amount will be deducted from the cost of the next month's meal order. If the cancellation is not processed via the mobile app within the specified timeframe, no cancellation or refund will be arranged for that day. The meal supplier does not accept cancellation requests via telephone or WhatsApp.
